Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of this service (“we”, “us”) for using the app. By creating an account or using it, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.

What the service is

A tool for keeping a log of aquariums, water tests and livestock, and for shops and breeders, tracking stock, orders and the information shown to their own customers. It is provided as it is, and features change as it is developed.

Care information is guidance, not veterinary advice

Alerts, AI suggestions, care notes and anything else the service says about water quality, livestock or treatment are general guidance based on the information you enter. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified aquatic veterinarian or an experienced keeper, and you are responsible for decisions about the animals in your care.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• A shop’s owner is responsible for the logins they create for staff and for what staff do.
• Give accurate information, and don’t share one login between several people.

Your data

What you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. You can download it or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting an account permanently removes its data.

AI features

Some features send the information you enter, and photos you choose to add, to an AI provider to produce a response. Invoice photos and PDFs are read and then discarded. AI output can be wrong and should be checked before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, to overload or disrupt it, to use it unlawfully, or to publish content that is misleading to customers. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including losses of livestock or business income. Keep your own records of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will say so in the app when we do. You can stop using the service whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms.
